Job summary

PT SMART Tbk is seeking a Sales Supervisor to manage route-to-market strategies by coaching the exclusive sales force and coordinating with distributors, logistics, and supply teams to achieve sales objectives. You will collaborate with area sales teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness, and optimize productivity deployment across Makassar.

Responsibilities include developing and updating sales routes (monthly/quarterly), measuring monthly productivity, coaching and developing the sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 2 years of working experience as Sales Supervisor, preferably in beverages or FMCG
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Plan and execute sales training programs
