Job summary

PT Murindra Karyalestari is seeking a Sales and Event Staff to boost revenue and visibility for Jakarta Mangrove Resort through event planning, sales, and strategic partnerships. You will prepare proposals, run promotion campaigns, and build sponsor networks from Pantai Indah Kapuk.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK; D3/S1 in marketing, communication, tourism, or related fields is a plus.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, events, or marketing (fresh graduates with relevant organizational/internship experience welcome).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office and communication applications; CRM experience is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work with targets.
• Willing to work on weekends/holidays as needed for events.
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Prepare attractive and commercially viable event and sponsorship proposals.
• Execute promotion campaigns for products and tourism packages.
• Establish cooperation with institutions, communities, and sponsors to expand networks.
• Manage customer communication, including responding to hotlines and pre-visit inquiries.
• Coordinate with CSR partners, event organizers, and internal teams (operations, conservation, events).
• Prepare sales reports and periodic event results evaluations.
• Approve event concepts and promotion budgets within delegation limits, and negotiate commercial cooperation according to management guidelines.
