Job summary

MAKITECH SISTEM INDONESIA in Cikarang, Bekasi is seeking a Sales Engineer with a strong focus on intralogistics and automation to join our growing team. You will develop new business opportunities, understand customer requirements, and present technical solutions on-site.

The ideal candidate has a technical background, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel for customer visits, with opportunities for growth and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience in sales engineering or business development is a plus.
• Basic understanding of automation and material handling systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and identify new business opportunities in intralogistics and industrial automation.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Promote solutions including Conveyor Systems, AS/RS, AGV/AMR, Warehouse Automation, and more.
• Conduct product and solution presentations to customers.
• Visit customers to understand their requirements and on-site conditions.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop concepts and technical solutions.
• Follow up and negotiate with customers through the closing process.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor projects from the quotation stage through implementation.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
