Job summary

KUKA Group in Indonesia (Cikarang) is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth across local and international markets. You will implement and monitor the sales and marketing plan, promote the company’s robotics and automation solutions, and identify new business opportunities with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

The role requires an engineering background, experience in automation sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in engineering or related fields.
• Experience in automation sales.
• Knowledge of robotic applications or other automated systems is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication and motivation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel domestically/overseas.
• Ability to work under pressure and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor and review sales and marketing plan.
• Identify potential new business opportunities locally and overseas.
• Promote company products and system solutions to various industries.
• Achieve business plan targets and monthly objectives.
• Generate leads and markets leads for sales growth.
• Provide accurate forecasts using sales tools and maintain customer/prospect data.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with customers.
• Follow up on billing and debt collections.
