Job summary

PT Hyundai Elevator Indonesia is seeking an Elevator Technician to perform preventive and routine maintenance on elevator systems, diagnose faults, and ensure safety compliance. You will work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled components and document activities in technical reports.

With 1–2 years of experience and official certification, you will read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and train junior technicians.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years as Elevator Technician or similar in electrical/mechanical engineering.
Official certification as Elevator Technician recognized by regulatory bodies.
Knowledge of elevator electrical systems, PLC controls and safety systems.
Understanding of Indonesian regulations and international safety standards.
Ability to read technical blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting skills and use of diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and routine maintenance on elevator components, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and automatic control systems.
Diagnose and repair elevator damages or malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Conduct periodic safety inspections and document activities in technical reports.
Follow safety procedures and ensure work complies with regulations and standards.
Communicate with clients to understand issues and provide solutions.
Provide training and guidance to junior technicians.
Use specialized equipment correctly and maintain tools and work equipment.
Work on-site in Lampung with a professional, safety-focused mindset.
