Ferbossell is seeking a role that sits between building owners and our engineering team. You will listen to real operational pains, translate them into well-scoped questions, and bring clear answers back in business terms like cost, risk and uptime.
You’ll partner with the business-development lead to strengthen relationships and commercial outcomes. You will not be solving HVAC problems directly; the engineering team handles the technical work while you communicate insights and validate
Ferbossell through the technical problems building owners actually feel: rising energy bills, chillers that keep tripping, tenant comfort complaints, a looming Greenship / ESG target. Our job is to translate those problems into solutions and into numbers that make business sense.
That means we need someone who can stand comfortably between two worlds — the client's technical complaints on one side, and our engineering team and tools on the other — and translateboth ways.
You won't be expected to solve HVAC problems yourself. Our engineering team and founder are here for the deep technical work. What we need from you is the ability to hear the problem correctly, ask the right follow-up questions, carry a well-framed problem back to the team, and bring the answer back to the client in the language of rupiah, risk, and uptime.
You'll do this side-by-side with our business-development lead as a genuine partner — she's strong on relationships and commercial instinct, you bring the technical and field grounding. You'll cover each other's blind spots.
