Job summary

DoGo Power is seeking a Presales Phase Technical Solution & Business Support lead in Jakarta to closely collaborate with the sales team, capture customer requirements, and shape feasible technical service proposals. You will oversee design reviews, cost estimations, and risk mitigation to ensure compliance with local standards and client expectations.

The role expands to onsite delivery leadership for installation, commissioning, acceptance, and end-user training.

Qualifications

• College diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy and Power Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years in project delivery, technical support or R&D within the new energy sector (energy storage, photovoltaic, microgrid).
• At least 1 year independently managing medium-sized or larger onsite projects.
• Deep understanding of microgrid/energy storage system architecture; familiar with PCS, BMS and EMS.
• Proficient reading/reviewing electrical drawings and skilled in system commissioning.
• Able to prepare technical solutions, conduct cost estimation, produce quotations, identify risks and propose mitigations; conduct onsite fault diagnosis and deliver training and technical docs.
• English as a working language for technical discussions, documentation and email correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Capture customer requirements and application scenarios during presales discussions.
• Lead or review the design of project delivery and service solutions for feasibility, safety and local standards compliance.
• Prepare professional technical service proposals and cost estimates for sales contracts.
• Complete project delivery risk assessments and propose initial delivery strategies.
• Act as onsite technical lead and delivery coordinator for installation, commissioning and acceptance.
• Provide installation supervision for subcontractors and customer teams to meet design specs.
• Lead power-on, configuration, joint commissioning and performance testing; resolve on-site issues.
• Organize final acceptance to ensure system performance meets specs.
• Deliver training for end customers and O&M teams on operation, maintenance and safety procedures.
• Provide remote technical guidance as second-line support and diagnose complex issues.
• Lead troubleshooting of major onsite failures and develop corrective actions.
• Carry out periodic onsite inspections and deliver inspection reports.
• Collect and analyze project data to feed product iteration and service improvement.

Job description

Presales Phase (Technical Solution & Business Support) Act as the key technical resource and work closely with the sales team in customer technical discussions to accurately capture customer requirements and application scenarios.

Lead or review the design of project delivery and service solutions to ensure technical feasibility, safety, and compliance with local standards.

Be responsible for service cost estimation and prepare professional, clear technical service proposals to support sales contract execution.

Complete project delivery risk assessment and propose initial delivery strategies and plans.

Project Implementation Phase (Onsite Delivery & Customer Empowerment) Serve as the primary onsite technical lead and delivery coordinator to oversee the full process of project installation, commissioning and acceptance.

Provide detailed technical guidance and installation supervision for onsite subcontractors or customer teams to ensure construction complies with design specifications and workmanship standards.

Lead system poweron, parameter configuration, joint commissioning and performance testing, and resolve various onsite technical issues.

Organize internal and customeroriented final acceptance to guarantee system performance meets specifications.

Deliver comprehensive training for endcustomers and O&M teams covering system operation, routine maintenance and safety procedures.

Operation & Maintenance Support Phase (Technical Assurance & Value Continuity) Act as a secondline technical support specialist to provide remote technical guidance for frontline service teams and customers, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Lead or participate in troubleshooting of major onsite failures and develop rootcause corrective solutions.

Carry out or supervise periodic onsite preventive inspections as required, and deliver professional inspection reports.

Collect and analyze project operational data to provide feedback for product iteration and service improvement.

Job Qualifications

Education & Experience

College diploma or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy and Power Engineering or other relevant disciplines.

Minimum 3year working experience in project delivery, technical support or R&D within the newenergy sector (energy storage, photovoltaic, microgrid), including at least 1year experience independently managing mediumsized or larger onsite projects.

Indepth understanding of microgrid / energystorage system architecture; familiar with core components including PCS, BMS and EMS.

Proficient in reading and reviewing electrical drawings, and skilled in system commissioning.

Capable of preparing technical solutions, conducting cost estimation, generating quotations, identifying technical & delivery risks and proposing mitigation measures; able to perform onsite fault diagnosis, deliver technical training for customers and subcontractors, and produce technical documents such as acceptance reports, inspection reports and failure analysis reports.

Project Management

Solid projectmanagement mindset; capable of developing and tracking project plans with professional tools (e.g. MS Project, Gantt charts). PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

English as a working language for technical discussions, solution documentation and email correspondence.

Strong customerservice awareness, high problemsolving initiative, excellent crosscultural communication skills and resilience under pressure. Willing to take frequent overseas business trips or work overseas on a longterm basis.
