Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to bridge field service and sales for industrial refrigeration systems. You will engage with customers to assess plant conditions, shape service proposals, and support maintenance, warranty, and performance guarantees.
Role requires experience in industrial refrigeration, field service practices, and the ability to read P&IDs/SLDs. Travel to customer sites is expected to deliver practical, end-to-end service solutions.

Stay close to the work and the customer so your recommendations reflect real plant conditions and what matters most on site. Use disciplined problem-solving and root-cause thinking to turn technical observations into reliable service solutions and practical commercial actions. Share candid updates and clear recommendations so customers and colleagues can act quickly and transparently.
