BIOTA Home in Jakarta is seeking a sales professional with at least 1 year of experience in electronics or home appliances, preferably with a Chinese Indonesian background. The role demands strong communication, negotiation, and the ability to work on-site and achieve targets.

You will build relationships with customers and business partners, explain product features, identify needs, and report in basic sales dashboards. English is a plus, travel may be required.

Formación

• Mandatory Chinese Indonesian background.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in electronics or home appliances.
• Experience with electronic products or home appliances preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive, able to work independently or in a team.
• Able to build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
• Good product knowledge and ability to explain features and benefits.
• Able to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Comfortable with sales targets and KPIs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting.
• Willing to travel for business or client visits as required.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site and adapt to company schedule.
