Job summary

Mondelez International in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a Sales Data Specialist to own commercial data and Sales Operations processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery across sales targets, incentives, master data, KPIs, and systems.

You will manage sales target and incentive data, maintain commercial master data across customers, products, channels, and territories, and support KPI reporting with ad-hoc analysis, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales/Commercial Operations, Data Analytics, Master Data, or BI.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; Power BI/SQL is a plus.
• FMCGs experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial data and Sales Operations processes.
• Manage sales target and incentive data, including setup, validation, and maintenance.
• Support KPI/performance reporting and ad-hoc commercial analysis.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Category, and Regional teams to resolve data and system issues.
• Support UAT, system enhancements, and business requirement validation.
