Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is seeking a data-driven Sales Operations professional to own commercial data and streamline analytics across sales targets, incentives, master data, KPIs, and systems. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Category, and Regional teams to ensure data accuracy, support UAT and system enhancements, and drive timely insights.

A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in related roles, strong Excel, and knowledge of Power BI/SQL will help you succeed; FMCG

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or analytics.
• 2+ years in Sales/Commercial Operations, Data Analytics, Master Data, or BI.
• Strong Excel; Power BI/SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales target and incentive data setup, validation, and maintenance.
• Own commercial master data across customers, products, channels, hierarchies, and territories.
• Support KPI reporting and provide ad-hoc commercial analysis.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Category, and Regional teams to resolve data issues.
• Support UAT, system improvements, and business requirements validation.
