Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is seeking a data-driven Sales Operations professional to own commercial data and streamline analytics across sales targets, incentives, master data, KPIs, and systems. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Category, and Regional teams to ensure data accuracy, support UAT and system enhancements, and drive timely insights.

A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in related roles, strong Excel, and knowledge of Power BI/SQL will help you succeed; FMCG

• Own commercial master data across customer, product, channel, hierarchy, and territory.
• Support KPI/performance reporting and provide ad-hoc commercial analysis.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Category, and Regional teams to resolve data and system issues.
• Support UAT, system enhancements, and business requirement validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales/Commercial Operations, Data Analytics, Master Data, or BI.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; Power BI/SQL is a plus.
• Understanding of commercial processes, KPIs, and incentive mechanisms.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and ownership.
• FMCGs experience preferred.
