Job summary

Luxehouze, a fast-growing omnichannel luxury marketplace in Indonesia, seeks a Digital Sales Support who naturally takes responsibility and focuses on outcomes. You will support customers across omnichannel touchpoints and collaborate with the Sales team to drive leads.

You are organized, customer-focused and comfortable with CRM, ticketing systems and Excel. This role may require shifting hours and occasional weekends to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer success/service experience preferred.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
• Strong problem resolution skills and proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues.
• Comfortable using and learning software: MS Office (Excel), Chat BOT system, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, etc.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers and their success.
• Willing to work in shifting and/or weekends and public holiday

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, advices and suggestions via omnichannel
• Sort leads, list leads and assign leads to Sales Team
• Categorize Inquiry
