Cordlife Indonesia (PT Cordlife Persada) in Denpasar, Bali seeks a dynamic Sales and Customer Support professional to manage inquiries, generate leads, follow up, and convert opportunities. You will educate clients and medical professionals throughout the decision process.

Responsibilities include achieving monthly sales targets, supporting OBGYNs, hospital events, and training sessions, while coordinating with the Customer Support team and maintaining accurate records.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Medical Representative roles within healthcare.
• Healthcare insurance experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and medical professionals.
• Confident presenter, proactive communicator, and relationship-builder.
• Willing to work on weekends for events or client needs.
• Possess a valid drivers license and own vehicle is a plus.

Requirements
