Cordlife Indonesia (PT Cordlife Persada) is seeking a proactive sales and customer service professional to manage inquiries, drive end-to-end lead management, and achieve monthly sales targets within the healthcare sector.

You will educate customers, support OBGYNs and clients, coordinate with the support team, and help organize events. Fresh grads welcome; 1 year+ experience preferred. This on-site role in Semarang requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (any major)
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• 1 year+ of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Medical Representative roles within the healthcare industry (such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, nutrition, or related healthcare sectors preferred).
• Applicants with experience in healthcare insurance companies are also encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all inquiries related to our products and services.
• Perform end-to-end lead management: generate, follow up, convert.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress regularly.
• Educate and assist customers throughout the decision-making process.
• Provide support to OBGYNs, gatekeepers, and clients, including conducting product knowledge and program training.
• Handle hospital-related events, maternity talks, and presentations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, contracts, and customer documents.
• Coordinate closely with the Customer Support team and handle escalations when needed.
