Job summary

Cordlife Indonesia (PT Cordlife Persada) is seeking a proactive Sales & Customer Support professional to manage inquiries, drive end-to-end lead management, and meet monthly targets. You will educate clients, support OBGYNs, and coordinate with the support team to handle escalations and events.

The ideal candidate has a degree, healthcare exposure, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. Weekend availability may be required for events.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (any major).
• Sales, customer service, or medical representative experience in healthcare preferred.
• Healthcare insurance experience encouraged.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (any major)
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply1 year+ of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Medical Representative roles within the healthcare industry (such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, nutrition, or related healthcare sectors preferred).
• Applicants with experience in healthcare insurance companies are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect with both clients and medical professionals.
• Confident presenter, proactive communicator, and a natural relationship-builder.
• Comfortable working independently and in a target-driven environment.
