Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a sales/customer service professional in Bali to manage inquiries, nurture prospects, and close deals. The role involves educating customers, supporting healthcare professionals, and coordinating hospital-related activities.

You will work closely with the support team, maintain accurate records, and provide progress reports while meeting monthly targets. Weekend events may be required with a valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

Job description

Manage all inquiries related to the company's products and services.

Manage prospects end-to-end, from lead generation and follow-up to successful conversion.

Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular progress reports.

Educate and assist customers throughout their decision-making process.

Provide support to OBGYN doctors, gatekeepers, and clients, including conducting product knowledge and program training.

Handle hospital-related activities, maternity talks, and presentations.

Prepare and maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and documentation.

Work closely with the Customer Support team and handle escalations when required.

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from any major.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer Service, preferably with a proven track record in handling high-value products or services and consultative selling processes.

Experience in the healthcare industry would be an advantage.
