Nestlé Indonesia mengundang profesional berpengalaman untuk memimpin pengembangan kapabilitas penjualan pada tim Field Sales melalui program pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi. Peran ini mencakup desain kurikulum pelatihan, fasilitasi pelatihan, dan evaluasi dampak bisnis secara berkelanjutan.

Anda akan bekerja sama dengan HRBP, Corporate Training, serta manajer regional untuk mempercepat pengembangan orang dan memastikan implementasi OMP di seluruh tim penjualan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree graduates with minimum 3 years of sales leadership/managerial experience (ASM, KAM, NKAM).
• Strong understanding of field sales operations, distributor management, territory management, SFE and execution excellence.
• Experience in training, facilitation, coaching, and people development.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Passion for developing people and building organizational capabilities.
• Strong project management and change management capabilities.
• Familiarity with commercial planning processes, leadership frameworks, learning systems and digitalization is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales capability development for Nestlé Field Sales teams through competency-based learning.
• Assess capability gaps and partner with business leaders to develop targeted learning interventions and development plans.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve sales training curriculum, learning modules, and capability-building programs.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, coaching programs, and development initiatives with a focus on learning effectiveness and business impact.
• Monitor training implementation, learning outcomes, post-training evaluations, and capability progress across the sales organization.
• Collaborate closely with HRBP, Corporate Training, Sales Operation Development, Regional Sales Managers, and other stakeholders to accelerate people development.
• Lead and support onboarding, induction, NMT, and other talent development programs for commercial teams.
• Champion Goal Alignment (OMP – Operational Master Plan) implementation and ensure effective communication and adoption across sales teams.
• Manage capability development initiatives within agreed budgets while ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes
