Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia is seeking a People Development Specialist to design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance and ensure alignment with the company's objectives.

A day in the life includes implementing internal and external training, managing training administration (TNA, Training Matrix, Catalogue, Records, Evaluation) and building competency matrices and development plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree of any major.
• Has minimum 3 years' experience Related to Training & People Development would be advantage
• Able to organize training and another event related with employee engagement
• Excellence public speaking skill
• Has knowledge in Leadership Development

Responsibilities

• Internal and external training implementation
• General training administration (Training Need Analysis, Training Matrix, Training Catalogue, Training Record, Training Evaluation)
• Build up Competency Matrix, Competency Building Plan, and Training Plan
• Drive and coordinate Leadership Development Program
• Implement onboarding training for new hire by involving respective subject matter expert in factory
• Support activities related to people involvement & development
