Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia is seeking a People Development Specialist to design and conduct training and development programs that enhance individual and organizational performance. You will ensure programs align with company objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning.

You will manage internal and external training, training administration, competency matrices, onboarding for new hires, and leadership development, while supporting employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Training & People Development.
• Ability to organize training and events related to employee engagement.
• Excellent public speaking skills.
• Knowledge in Leadership Development.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for internal and external training implementation.
• Responsible for general training administration (Training Need Analysis, Training Matrix, Training Catalogue, Training Record, Training Evaluation).
• Build Competency Matrix, Competency Building Plan, and Training Plan.
• Drive and coordinate Leadership Development Program.
• Implement onboarding training for new hires by involving respective subject matter experts in factory.
• Support activities related to people involvement & development.
