Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia is seeking a Training & People Development Specialist to lead both internal and external training initiatives, manage the training administration, and build the Competency Matrix, Competency Building Plan, and Training Plan.

The role will drive the Leadership Development Program, coordinate onboarding training with subject matter experts in the factory, and support activities related to employee involvement and development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Training & People Development.
• Ability to organize trainings and events related to employee engagement.
• Excellent public speaking skills.
• Knowledge in Leadership Development.

Responsibilities

• Implement internal and external training programs.
• Handle training administration including matrix, catalogue, records and evaluations.
• Develop Competency Matrix, Competency Building Plan, and Training Plan.
• Drive and coordinate Leadership Development Program.
• Implement onboarding training for new hires with SMEs in the factory.
• Support activities related to people involvement and development.
