Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct internal and external training programs.
• Handle training administration: TNA, matrix, catalogue, records, evaluation.
• Build Competency Matrix and Training Plans.
• Drive and coordinate Leadership Development Program.
• Lead onboarding training with SME collaboration.
• Support people involvement and development activities.
