Job summary

Sinar Mas Land is seeking a Property Consultant to join its National Sales Pool team in Indonesia. You will understand customer needs and recommend residential and commercial products aligned with lifestyle and investment goals.

You will identify buyer profiles, nurture qualified leads, drive visits to the Experience Center, and deliver compelling product presentations with strong product mastery to support sales conversion.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma's Degree in any major.
• 1–2 years of work experience in Property Sales or related sales roles.
• Strong understanding of property products, customer needs, and market dynamics.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Act as Property Consultant in the National Sales Pool team.
• Act as a Property Consultant by understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable Sinar Mas Land Residential & Commercial products aligned with customer lifestyle and investment goals.

• Manage and nurture qualified sales leads, including driving prospects to visit the Experience Center / Show Unit and delivering clear product presentations with strong product mastery to support sales conversion.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and networks, while expanding potential prospects and corporate client databases through follow-up and engagement.
• Manage sales reporting and lead activity through CRM, ensuring structured pipeline tracking and progress toward sales targets.

• Act as a Property Consultant by understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable Sinar Mas Land Residential & Commercial products aligned with customer lifestyle and investment goals.
• Identify customer profiles and buying behavior, and leverage relevant promotional programs and channels to maximize engagement and sales opportunities.
• Manage and nurture qualified sales leads, including driving prospects to visit the Experience Center / Show Unit and delivering clear product presentations with strong product mastery to support sales conversion.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and networks, while continuously expanding potential prospects and corporate client databases through active follow-up and engagement.
• Manage sales reporting and lead activity through CRM, ensuring structured pipeline tracking and consistent progress toward achieving company sales targets.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in Property Sales or related sales roles.
• Strong understanding of property products, customer needs, and market dynamics.
• Possess strong digital literacy and lead management capability, including CRM and online lead platforms.
• Target-oriented with excellent communication and networking skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin is an advantage.
