The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Management and at least 4 years of experience in food service/HORECA sales, with a track record of achieving targets and expanding market share.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Management or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in food service/HORECA sales B2B management.
• Proven ability to handle new projects and explore new business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management with clients and prospects.
• Experience building a sales pipeline and using data to deliver insights to management.

Responsabilidades

• Proven experience in B2B sales within food industries.
• Strong knowledge of processed meat products (sausages, burgers, frozen products).
• Established network with distributors, wholesalers, retail chains, HORECA, and key accounts.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities, expand market share, and achieve sales targets.
• Understand FMCG and food manufacturing markets; manage industrial customers.
