Ajaib Group in Indonesia is seeking a Strategy & Analytics Manager to shape the company's strategic direction through data-driven insights and operational excellence. You will lead a team of analysts to guide business decisions and drive performance improvements across core growth areas.

The role partners with C-level leaders to own end-to-end initiatives, translating hypotheses into measurable actions, while fostering a culture of data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or business intelligence, preferably within a fintech or tech-focused environment.
• Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and develop strategic recommendations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, etc.) and statistical analysis.
• Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the fintech landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact growth initiatives across ID Stocks, Mutual Funds, and US Stocks, translating complex business challenges into actionable strategies in close partnership with C-level leaders.
• Drive data-backed solutions end-to-end, from analytical deep dives and hypothesis validation to cross-functional execution with Marketing, Product, and BI teams.
• Own strategic projects from 0-to-1 to optimize customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, while improving the investment experience and driving business growth.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, market insights, and customer behavior to inform business priorities and strategic decisions.
• Track initiative performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations to guide leadership decisions and improve business outcomes.
