My Shrine Studios is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our dynamic sales team. You will play a key role in managing sales processes, coordinating client communications, providing administrative support, and overseeing the company's sales dashboard. The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design and architecture, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer focus.

Key responsibilities :

Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing related to interior design and architectural services

Coordinate sales-related activities, including client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, such as proposals, contracts, and project specifications

Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records for interior design and architectural projects

Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and professional assistance, demonstrating a strong understanding of our design offerings

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service, fostering client loyalty and satisfaction

Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless coordination and onboarding of interior design and architectural projects

Assist in scheduling projects, coordinating site visits, and managing presales timelines to meet client expectations

Generate sales reports and analyse sales data specific to interior design and architectural projects to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Manage and update the company's sales dashboard with real-time data and performance metrics related to interior design and architectural sales activities

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the interior design or architectural industry

Passion for interior design and architecture, with a strong understanding of design concepts and terminology

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred

Excellent verbal and written English skills
