Job summary

MyShrine is seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance & Accounting Staff to join our Bali-based finance team. You will help ensure the integrity of financial records, support monthly and annual closing, and provide data-driven insights to support our business growth.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate accounting records in line with PSAK/IFRS, assisting with reconciliations, strengthening systems and internal controls, and collaborating with other departments to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (S1).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Accurate Online or Xero.

We are looking for meticulous and proactive Finance & Accounting Staff to join our finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial records, managing closing processes, and providing data-driven insights to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring full compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).

Closing Processes: Support the month-end and year-end closing cycles, including the preparation of comprehensive reconciliations and financial reports.

Systems & Controls: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Financial Analysis: Provide meaningful financial analysis and insights to assist management in strategic decision-making.

Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of all financial information.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting.

Experience: Fresh Graduate are welcome

Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Accurate Online or Xero.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax regulations, and general ledger functions.

Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
