PT CORRA SISTEM INTERGRASI is seeking a skilled Sales Administration professional in Tangerang to support the sales team with data management and documentation for government projects. You will maintain CRM records for customers, prospects, and government stakeholders while coordinating admin tasks to ensure timely delivery of sales materials.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in sales administration, customer data management, and document control, with proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in sales administration, CRM, or business development.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems; data management and document control.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with government projects or tenders is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update customer, prospect, and government stakeholder data in the CRM system.
• Support sales in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and documents.
• Monitor sales opportunities, project pipelines, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate admin requirements for government projects and tender processes.
• Manage correspondence with clients, government institutions, and stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic sales and CRM reports and pipeline updates.
• Ensure timely preparation of documents for sales activities and confidentiality of information.
