PT Jaggara Global Workforce is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for our international SaaS product. This on-site role in Dago, Bandung requires direct customer communication, issue investigation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure resolutions.

You will handle inquiries via live chat and email, provide professional English responses, and maintain well-documented tickets. A BYOD arrangement requires a personal laptop and adherence to IT/security policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, preferably SaaS/tech.
• Fluent spoken and written English — mandatory.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Able to investigate problems rather than rely on scripts.
