Job summary

Mekari, Indonesia's leading SaaS company, is seeking an Account/Client Success advocate based in Jakarta. You will train clients on Mekari's software and help tailor setups to client needs, guiding them toward best practices and optimal usage.

You will analyze client requirements, provide solutions, and report needs to the manager, with a focus on numbers, communication, and teamwork. Strong accounting knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or equivalent.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities are required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product training regularly.
• Attract and nurture customers to use software features.
• Assist clients to set up applications per requirements.
• Provide consultancy on best practices.
• Support and provide solutions to client issues.
• Gather client information and implement into the system.
• Report client needs and problems to the manager.
