Job summary

Hongkong Xiqi International is seeking a Robotics Technical Support Engineer for on-site warranty support and quality issue resolution. The role includes customer service for out-of-warranty robots and leading on-site safety risk assessments.

Candidates should have a university degree in a related field, at least 2 years of robot experience, and strong communication in Chinese; English is a plus. Strong teamwork and learning ability are expected.

Qualifications

University degree or higher in a related field.
Minimal 2 years Robot work experience.
Familiar with robot technology quality; experience in industry robotics is a plus.
Fluent in Chinese; English can be used for work is a plus.
Good team player.
Good communication interpersonal skills and strong learning ability.

Responsibilities

On-site support during the warranty period and resolution of quality issues for robotic services.
Customer service and case handling for out-of-warranty robots.
On-site safety risk assessment and safety officer management.
Customer communication and on-site emergency handling.
Arrangement and usage management of equipment, tools, and auxiliary materials.
Providing technical guidance and support to customers.
On-site work feedback and summary reports.
Assist manufacturing and quality units in on-site problem solving and follow-up.
