Job summary

PT Xinyi Trading Group is seeking a skilled technical support professional to deliver on-site and remote assistance in Jakarta. You will install, configure, map robots, and maintain products while coordinating with the support team to escalate complex issues.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering/IT, 1–3 years in tech support, and strong problem-solving abilities. English and Chinese communication is preferred; travel readiness is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical or field support.
• Good understanding of robotics systems, sensors, automation, and spare parts.
• Willing to learn new system and technology.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Preferably can communicate in English & Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support based on client needs.
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Conduct installation, robots mapping, configuration, and maintenance of products.
• Collaborate and coordinate with technical support team for complex issue escalation.
• Deliver user training, product demos, and technical documentation.
• Prepare service reports.
• Provide full support on pre-sales and after-sales technical activities.
• Help to train the sales team if needed.

Requirements

Willing to travel and provide on-site support when required
