Job summary

PT Xinyi Trading Group in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a Business Development / Sales Executive to identify and approach potential customers, build relationships with customers and distributors, and recommend robotics solutions based on operational needs.

You will collaborate with the technical team to demonstrate products, conduct site assessments, deliver live demos and proposals, and strive to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while staying abreast of market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, emails, visits, or networking.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key decision makers.
• Understand customer operational needs and recommend suitable robotics solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPI.
• Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to provide demonstrations, site assessments, and after-sales support.
• Provide accurate and helpful product knowledge for customers.
• Conduct product presentations, live demos, and solution proposals to customers.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings in the industry.
• Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and other sales inquiries.
