Job summary

PT. MATCH MAKERS AGENCY is seeking an Operations Coordinator / Personal Assistant to the Owner in Bali. You will be the owner's right hand, tracking tasks from assignment to completion, coordinating across villa managers and team leaders, and ensuring SOPs are followed.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or admin management experience, strong English, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. This role offers mostly remote work after onboarding in Seminyak area, with occasional on-site

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, or in an administrative or management role controlling processes and other people’s work.
• Experience as a Personal Assistant or Business Assistant working directly with a business owner or executive.
• Hands-on experience leading a team: setting tasks, controlling results, keeping standards.
• Very good English, spoken and written.
• Independent and proactive: you make decisions within your authority.

Responsibilities

• Monitor work WhatsApp groups daily, capture every task, and record who is responsible and the deadline.
• Follow up, remind and push tasks to real completion, with confirmation when needed.
• Make sure existing SOPs and checklists are followed in both villa complexes.
• Work with team leaders and coordinate tasks that involve several departments.
• Handle standard guest requests and escalation complaints or unusual cases to the owner on time.
• Organize the owner's instructions, projects and priorities.
• Prepare clear summaries for the owner: what's done, what's open, what's overdue.
• Spot recurring problems early and suggest practical solutions.
