Peach Hospitality Group in Bali is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support the owner with daily tasks, scheduling, and coordination with teams and partners.

The role requires flawless English, 1–2 years of PA/EA experience, strong initiative, and discretion. Based in Bali, you will work closely with the owner to ensure smooth operations, handling communications and logistics.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
• Strong initiative and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Well-organized, discreet, and able to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, WhatsApp, email tools, and scheduling apps.

Responsabilités

• Assist the owner with daily tasks, action items, and follow-ups.
• Serve as the main contact between the owner, internal team, local vendors, and external partners.
• Manage daily schedules, calendars, and meetings.
• Handle general administrative duties, email correspondence, and document management.
• Run personal and business errands as required.
