Qualifications

• Extensive experience in revenue management, e-commerce, or online distribution within the accommodation or real estate industry.
• Experience in holiday destinations, particularly Bali or resorts, is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in increasing revenue, RevPAR/ADR, and direct booking share.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual revenue budget, monthly forecasts, and targets for all units.
• Develop pricing strategies and seasonality calendars.
• Monitor competitor prices and booking trends; adjust pricing accordingly.
• Provide weekly and monthly revenue reports with budget comparisons.
• Improve all revenue channels.
• Oversee e-commerce listings and direct bookings through the website and promotions.
