Job summary

BaliSuperHost is seeking an Assistant Revenue Manager in Bali to support daily revenue administration, monitor room and villa rates, availability across channels, and maintain pricing and inventory with accuracy.

You will assist with rate parity checks across OTAs and direct channels, prepare daily to monthly revenue reports, and coordinate with Reservations, Operations, and Finance to resolve discrepancies. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: D3 or S1, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially candidates with strong administrative and data-processing skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, revenue, or administration is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with hospitality systems, PMS, channel managers, and OTA platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with villa or hotel revenue management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Revenue Manager with daily revenue and pricing administration.
• Monitor room/villa rates, availability, and restrictions across booking channels.
• Update and maintain pricing, promotions, and inventory accurately.
• Assist with rate parity checks across OTAs and direct booking channels.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
• Monitor booking pace, occupancy, ADR, and other key revenue indicators.
• Ensure accurate data entry and synchronization between systems.
• Support revenue analysis and identify pricing or availability discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Operations, and Finance teams when required.
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to revenue activities.
