Job summary

PT SANDARA LUXURY INDONESIA is seeking a revenue manager to optimize all online distribution channels, forecast demand, and maximize direct bookings through the website and its booking engine.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Hospitality or related field and 3-5 years of progressive experience in revenue management or e-commerce for a hotel or hospitality brand. Excellent communication skills are essential.

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in Revenue Management, E-Commerce, or Distribution for a hotel, villa, or hospitality brand.
• Deep expertise in managing and optimizing all online distribution channels.
• Proven experience managing, updating, and optimizing the direct website and its integrated booking engine to maximize direct bookings.

Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Revenue Management, E-Commerce, or Distribution for a hotel, villa, or hospitality brand

Deep expertise in managing and optimizing all online distribution channels

Proven experience managing, updating, and optimizing the direct website and its integrated booking engine to maximize direct bookings.

Ability to forecast demand, implement dynamic pricing strategies, manage rate parity across all channels, and handle yielding strategies during high and low seasons.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to develop and execute long-term revenue strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
