As a Revenue Manager, you aren't just looking at numbers; you are the architect of triplaSuccess. You'll connect complex data with actionable strategies, helping our hotel partners maximize their yield through our integrated AI Chatbots, Booking Engines, and Channel Managers.
Your day-to-day will revolve around optimizing the performance of our partners within the triplaSuccess framework:
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Management, E-commerce, or Reservation Management within the hospitality or travel-tech industry.
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
Mindset: A "growth-hacker" mentality, you don't just report data; you find ways to improve it.
Communication: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal) to effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders.
Yield Management: Deep understanding of dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory control.
Market Analysis: Ability to interpret reports, market trends, and competitor benchmarking.
Data Visualization: Skilled at turning raw data into clean, visual stories that clients can easily understand.
Mathematical Proficiency: Strong grasp of hospitality formulas (RevPAR, Net RevPAR, TrevPAR, and GOPPAR).
Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet: Mastery of VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas (VBA/Macros is a significant plus).
Channel Management: Proficiency with the Bookandlink/triplaLink channel manager.
CRM & Analytics: Hands-on experience with Google Looker Studio.
PMS Knowledge: Familiarity with major Property Management Systems (Opera, VHP, or local Indonesian PMS providers).
