Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Hospital Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare/hospital industry.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing B2B/corporate sales in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Lead and monitor consolidated sales performance across hospital units.
• Drive revenue growth across hospital services and COEs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase patient volume.
• Build, negotiate, and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients, insurers, government institutions.
• Review commercial agreements, including corporate and insurance partnerships.
• Collaborate with Medical Services, Marketing, Finance to ensure service readiness.
• Provide market insights and recommend new healthcare services or initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor budgets, pricing strategies, programs, and overall sales effectiveness.
• Evaluate sales performance using data and market insights.
