Techconnect.id is seeking a Head of Commercial & GTM to lead the end-to-end commercial strategy in Jakarta. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, market expansion, and cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership to turn strategy into measurable results across products and segments.

You will build and lead high-performing commercial teams, sharpen value propositions, and design GTM motions that accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in commercial, GTM, sales, or revenue roles.
• Experience in technology, digital, or platform-based businesses.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the overall Commercial & GTM strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Drive revenue across sales, partnerships, and channels, from strategy to execution.
• Lead and develop sales, business development, and GTM teams with clear performance accountability.
• Define pricing, packaging, and commercial models to maximize market adoption and profitability.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to launch, scale, and optimize offerings.
• Translate customer and market insights into compelling value propositions and sales narratives.
• Establish commercial KPIs, pipeline discipline, and forecasting rigor to support sustainable growth.
