simonyan consulting is hiring a full-time Email & SMS Marketing Lead to run both channels end to end from Bali, with remote within Indonesia considered. You’ll own the calendar, campaigns, automations, and audience segmentation in Klaviyo, shaping messaging for new and existing customers.

You’ll collaborate with the Head of Marketing and creative team, maintain brand voice, optimize deliverability, and drive retention across ecommerce journeys while aligning with Bali hours.

Competenze

• 3+ years in ecommerce email marketing with hands-on Klaviyo experience.
• Proven track record managing campaigns and automated flows for a consumer brand.
• Strong written English and ability to match a distinct brand voice.
• Practical SMS experience.
• Solid knowledge of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, testing, deliverability and retention metrics.
• Detail-oriented with a dependable QA process.
• Self-starter who can prioritize and execute.
• Full-time availability with Bali overlap.

Mansioni

• Plan the email and SMS calendar around launches and seasonal moments.
• Taking campaigns from idea to send: concept, copy, design brief, build, QA and scheduling.
• Reviewing and upgrading automations, including welcome, browse and cart abandonment, post-purchase, cross-sell and win-back.
• Tailoring messages for different groups: new prospects, first-time buyers, repeat customers, VIPs and lapsed subscribers.
• Growing a healthy list through better signup flows, strong deliverability, proper consent handling and clean suppression.
• Leading SMS strategy so it works alongside email and meets the rules in each market we sell to.
• Running tests and turning the numbers into clear next steps.
• Keeping close to product news, stock levels and customer feedback so every message is accurate and on brand.
