Job summary

PT SEKZA HAMKAT YOUZA is seeking an Email Marketing, CRM & Retention Manager (Lifecycle) to build relationships through email marketing, flows, newsletters and retention offers for two existing brands and two new brands launching in-house. You will optimize Klaviyo, e-commerce data and multi-country rollouts from Bali.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle or email marketing for a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand.

Responsibilities

• Build a pop-up and form strategy to capture email addresses, names, and key dates.
• Rebuild Klaviyo flows: welcome, post-purchase, order status, review requests, abandoned cart, failed payment recovery.
• Write newsletters with value-driven content and calendars.
• Create reactivation sequences with segments, upsell/cross-sell offers, and new concepts (e-books, limited editions, seasonal gifts).
• Launch and manage subscription and affiliate programmes; recruit from top customers and community leaders.
• Produce monthly revenue reports by email/SMS flows and segments; port system to new brands/countries.
