Job summary

ZALORA Group is seeking an experienced CRM/Retention Marketing professional to lead campaigns across Indonesia and regional markets. You will own multi‑channel programs (email, push, and SMS), build audience segments, and ensure campaigns align with commercial priorities.

You’ll analyze performance, run A/B tests, and collaborate with marketing, onsite, and performance teams to optimize engagement and revenue for a leading fashion e‑commerce platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on CRM/retention marketing in e-commerce, retail or digital subscriptions.
• Proven track record running multi-channel campaigns (email + push; SMS/WhatsApp is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning & Execution: lead content calendar and CRM campaigns across multiple regions.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: track metrics, run tests, and present insights.
