Simonyan Consulting is seeking a skilled Email & SMS Marketing Manager to own end-to-end campaigns for a consumer brand. You will run both channels in harmony, writing on-brand copy and driving retention.

Based in Bali with full-time hours overlapping Bali time, you will coordinate with the Head of Marketing and design teams to plan, build, test and optimize lifecycle programs and campaigns. Experience in Klaviyo and strong English writing are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years in ecommerce email marketing with hands-on Klaviyo work
• Experience running campaigns and automated flows for a consumer brand
• Strong written English and ability to match a brand voice
• Practical SMS experience and knowledge of lifecycle marketing
• Experience with segmentation, testing, deliverability and retention metrics
• Able to explain results and gaps in platform-reported revenue
• Sharp attention to detail and a strong QA process
• Self-starter who can prioritize and drive projects
• Full-time availability with Bali working hours overlap

Responsabilidades

• Plan email and SMS calendars around launches, seasons and brand stories
• Execute campaigns from concept to send: brief, build, QA and scheduling
• Review and upgrade automations: welcome, browse, cart, post-purchase, cross-sell and win-back
• Segment audiences for new prospects, first-time buyers, repeat customers, VIPs and lapsed subscribers
• Grow and clean the subscriber list with signup flows and deliverability best practices
• Lead SMS strategy to work in harmony with email across markets
• Run tests and translate results into actionable next steps
• Stay close to product news, stock, and customer feedback for accurate messaging
