Job summary

PT Haier Sales Indonesia (AQUA Indonesia) is seeking a Retail Specialist to drive branch sell-out performance and lead field teams across the Semarang area.

The role requires strong sales leadership, data-driven analysis, and excellent relationship-building to align sell-in and sell-out while delivering actionable insights to Branch and HO teams.

Willingness to travel and strong Microsoft Office skills are expected as part of daily reporting and field visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related area.
• 3+ years as Retail Specialist.
• Excellent sales management & relationship building.
• Have good leadership and people management skills.
• Have good analytical thinking, market and competitor analysis.
• Meticulous and attention to details.
• Manager level of reporting ability.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Track sell-out performance by store and coordinate with related departments.
• Manage field force including Team Leaders, MDs and Promotors; set KPIs.
• Support HO Store Management to track and manage branch assets and POSM.
• Propose ideas for Sell-out activity programs in branches.
• Coordinate dealer activity sponsorship programs in branches.
• Monitor competitor sell-out activities and propose countermeasures.
• Coordinate daily with Branch Manager/Area Manager to align sell-in and sell-out.
• Develop reporting systems by period/channel/store/MD/TL.
• Conduct regular store visits and market surveys.
• Deliver training in branches with HO training team.

Job description

• Tracking Sell-out performance by store, investigate and solve problems by coordinating with related department to get maximize sell-out.
• Manage field force in respective areas, Team leaders, MD and Promotors. Give direction and manage the performance KPI of each field force.
• Support HO Store Management to track and manage branch's retail assets; Product Display, Booth, POSM distribution, signboard etc.
• Craft ideas and suggestions for Sell-out activity programs in branch.
• Operate, track and report dealer activity sponsorship programs in branch.
• Keep track of each competitor's sell-out activity in branch, create suggestions, key findings and countermeasures.
• Daily coordination with Branch Manager/Area Manager, making sure the alignment between sell-in and sell-out.
• Develop effective reporting system, based on period, channel/store, MD/TL, etc.
• Do regular store visit and market survey.
• Conduct training in their respective branch with the support of HO training team.
