Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong numeracy and accuracy handling cash and processing transactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
• Flexibility and reliability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

• Empathy and professionalism in handling customer concerns.
• Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred; additional languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems and handling various payment methods.
• Maintain detailed product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and customer engagement.
• Keep the retail space clean, organised and visually appealing, including regular merchandising and stock displays.
• Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and assist with stock replenishment and organisation.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally, working towards satisfactory resolutions.
• Support promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive customer awareness and footfall.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive working environment.

• Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and technology is advantageous
