Job summary

Job description

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Retail Sales Associate to join our store team in Bali. In this role, you will welcome customers, help them understand our products, and make sure the store stays clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide helpful product guidance in line with company guidelines.

Explain product features, proper use, and basic care to customers.

Process payments and operate the cashier/POS system.

Support stock checks, inventory records, receiving, inspection, and product storage.

Keep product displays neat, clean, and visually appealing.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness across the entire store.

Respond to customer questions and complaints in a professional manner.

Help with basic admin tasks and sales reporting when needed.

Follow all company SOPs in daily store operations.

Protect store products and company assets.

About you

At least SMA/SMK or equivalent education.

Able to communicate with customers in spoken English.

Experience as a vape store staff member is preferred.

Candidates with coffee-making skills are also preferred.

Prior experience in retail, sales, cashier, or customer service is a plus.

Polite, confident, well-groomed, honest, disciplined, and responsible.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to be placed anywhere in Bali.

Comfortable working with sales targets.

Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
