IDS Medical Systems Group seeks a pricing professional to architect and manage pricing for skincare-related categories, bundles, and launches. You will plan promotions, guard margins, and monitor market trends to optimize retail P&L.
The role requires 3–5 years in pricing/commerce, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools. Collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and external partners is essential for success.
Develop and manage pricing architecture across skincare categories, product tiers, bundles, hero products, and new launches.
Plan and evaluate promotional mechanics, discounts, markdowns, bundles, GWP, seasonal offers, and campaign pricing.
Establish discount guardrails to protect brand positioning, gross margin, and channel profitability.
Analyze the impact of pricing and promotional decisions on sales, margin, sell-through, and retail P&L.
Monitor competitor pricing, market activity, retail trends, and customer price sensitivity.
Collaborate with Key Account, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, E-commerce, and external retail partners.
Ensure pricing and promotional information is accurate, approved, and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
Build and improve pricing tools, dashboards, promotional calendars, workflows, and reporting processes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, trade marketing, finance, category management, retail management, or revenue growth management.
Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, FMCG, retail, or consumer goods is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, discount mechanics, margin management, and retail performance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, ERP, or pricing tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple pricing changes, campaigns, and deadlines effectively.
