Job summary

Kitar in South Jakarta is seeking a store operations professional to manage manpower planning, set KPIs, and drive retailer performance across multiple stores. You will develop and implement SOPs, and deliver training to store teams while optimizing CRM and lead follow-up to improve conversions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in retail operations, with willingness to travel and be based at the Head Office in South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Retail Management or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in retail operations or related role; retail electronics a plus.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, manpower planning and performance management.
• Experience developing SOPs and training store teams is a plus.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage store manpower planning and shifting.
• Set and monitor store and staff targets and KPIs to drive productivity and business performance.
• Develop and implement store SOPs and operational standards across stores.
• Develop and deliver training programs for store teams.
• Set and monitor CRM and lead follow-up processes to improve lead conversion.
• Monitor store performance and drive improvement actions based on results.
